Reiki
Reiki is a holistic practice dedicated to fostering balance, relaxation, and inner peace by harnessing universal energy. As a Reiki Master Teacher, my aim is to facilitate the flow of this divine energy within you, supporting your body, mind, and soul in embracing its innate healing abilities.

Reiki was developed in Japan in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui (1865–1926), a spiritual teacher and practitioner whose work helped popularize Reiki as it is known today. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words rei (universal) and ki (life energy). However, practices centered around healing energy, touch, prayer, and spiritual balance have existed across many cultures and traditions throughout history under different names and forms.

In my sessions, I honor the Usui Reiki tradition while also incorporating healing practices and wisdom from my own cultural background, creating a gentle and intuitive experience centered on relaxation, balance, and well-being.

I also offer Reiki circles for Reiki practitioners and first time Reiki receivers, and Re-Attunements sessions for Reiki 1, 2 & 3 level practitioners. Check out my events!
Reiki Session
Duration: 1 hour

Sound Healing with Reiki
Duration: 1 hour (1-1 or small groups)

Reiki Training
​Reiki 1 and 2 Practitioner
Discover the art of healing oneself and others through energy in our comprehensive 16-hour Reiki I-II Training. Over two transformative days, delve into the foundational principles of Reiki, fostering self-discovery and intuition. You will learn Reiki techniques for both physical and emotional healing, understanding the application of Usui Reiki symbols, precepts, and historical context. The training covers essential practices such as self-care routines, chair Reiki, group Reiki, distant healing methods, focused breathing techniques, compassionate healing approaches, voice empowerment, and more.

Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 Workbook, other materials, and chakra stones included.
Certificate will be provided after completion.
4-7 people per training.

Reiki 3 Practitioner
In this intensive 16-hour training, you will expand your ability to heal and establish spiritual connections with all living beings and nature. Delve into advanced teachings including the 4th Usui symbol and additional non-traditional symbols, enhancing the depth of your Reiki practice. Learn to perform healing Attunements, connect energetically with Mother Earth, utilize a pendulum, master the art of playing a singing bowl, and integrate various other tools and techniques.
Completion of Reiki 1 and 2 certifications, along with a minimum of 90 days of Reiki practice, are prerequisites for enrollment in this Reiki 3 Master Practitioner training.
