A cacao Circle is a heart-opening gathering rooted in gratitude, self-discovery, and deep presence, guided by the sacred medicine of cacao, a plant revered for over 6,000 years and first used ceremonially in places such as Huaca Montegrande in northern Peru, before traveling and being shared across cultures from Amazonian civilizations to the Maya and Olmec peoples of Mesoamerica.
I intentionally use the word circle rather than ceremony to honor and respect Indigenous elders who continue to practice traditional ceremonies on the ancestral lands where many master plants (plantas maestras) grow. I also cherish the meaning of a circle as a space of equality, where each person contributes to the collective growth and healing. In my Cacao Circles, I honor my ancestors, my roots, and the Indigenous communities who have long been guardians of cacao, while weaving together elements inspired by circles around the world, including sound healing, conscious breathing, Reiki, voice empowerment, guided meditation, and reflective journaling. These cacao Circles offer a supportive space for spiritual connection, creative expansion, and meaningful transitions, inviting participants into a journey of personal growth and transformation.​

Wise Woman Circle
This circle honors women navigating significant life transitions, celebrating their physical and spiritual uniqueness at various stages, including those beyond menopause.

Perhaps, it is an important birthday, a recent retirement, an empty nest stage, a career transition, or a deep feeling that something is changing inside, in this ceremony, we will embrace this woman with unconditional acceptance and celebrate her inherent perfection, encouraging her to cherish her evolving self.
The gathering includes a Sacred Cacao Circle, group Reiki, an offering to the Earth, and practices from women's circles worldwide will be integrated. Get ready for some magic!​

Mother Blessing Circle
Offer a heartwarming experience to an expectant mother with a women-only circle that celebrates and blesses her as she nears childbirth, surrounded by her closest women. The Cacao Mother Blessing ritual offers a spiritual alternative to traditional baby showers, focusing on creating a nurturing environment for the mother as she embarks on this new phase of life. We recognize her as a pivotal participant in the awe-inspiring cycle of life.

Well enjoy a nourishing organic cacao drink infused with dates, cardamon and cinnamon, warming both body and spirit. For this occasion, ceremonial doses are not included. We'll do a symbolic offering to the Earth to bring blessing to the mother and child. It includes meditation, nurturing group singing, and the crafting of symbolic gifts, drawing inspiration from elements of Andean Culture and practices observed in women's circles worldwide.

First Moon
Teenagers
In this intimate women-only ritual, we honor a young girl's passage following her first menstruation, inviting her mother, grandmothers, and significant women in her life, along with her closest friends.

This circle empowers her to embrace her moon as a blessing, and to connect with the natural rhythms of her monthly cycle. We enjoy a nourishing organic cacao drink infused with dates, cinnamon, and rose petal powder, warming both body and spirit. For this occasion, ceremonial doses are not included.​

This special ritual includes a beautiful collective blessing bestowed upon the girl by all present. Participants will also experience sound healing, ceremonial songs, and draw inspiration from elements of Andean Culture and traditions observed in women's circles worldwide
