Summer Solstice celebrates transformation through light and the peak of the sun’s radiant energy. Gather with Mama Cacao within the grounding space of the salt cave for a heart-centered circle of connection. Together, we’ll prepare and share cacao, awaken the inner light through guided meditation, and honor the season with a sun ritual. You’re invited to bring small objects that symbolize the light in your life. We’ll close with reflective journaling to integrate the experience and set intentions for the coming season.
All are welcome. No prior experience necessary. Just bring your open heart, and a willingness to receive. Sault Haus is located in Hopewell, NJ.
