Come Home to Your Heart in the Land of Cacao

Over the past few months, I’ve spoken to many women who quietly share the same ache. It’s not always loud or obvious—but it is there. A sense that something is missing. A longing for deeper connection, for time beyond the endless to-do lists. A space to be heard. A moment to exhale and remember who you are beneath the layers of doing, caretaking, and striving.

If that speaks to you—as it speaks to me—perhaps your soul is ready. Ready to connect more deeply with your truth, your heart, and your calling. Maybe it's that feeling that both scares and excites you—the one that whispers, this is the path. If so, I invite you into something sacred: a cacao retreat in the healing landscapes of Northern Peru.

We’ll gather where the Andes meet the Amazon, in lands pulsing with ancestral memory. There, we’ll work with ceremonial cacao—an ancient heart medicine used by Indigenous cultures for thousands of years. Known as the “Food of the Gods,” cacao is more than a drink; it’s a doorway. In ceremony, it helps us slow down, soften, and listen. It brings us home to ourselves.

Over several days, you’ll be guided through cacao rituals, teachings, grounding practices, journaling, and deep sisterhood. You’ll be held by the spirit of the land, supported in your unfolding, and reconnected with a lineage of feminine wisdom that’s always been within you. Whether you’re navigating transition, seeking clarity, or simply yearning for something real—this is a space to come back to yourself.

And even more meaningful: this retreat supports ongoing research at Huaca Montegrande, the oldest known temple in the Peruvian Amazon. This sacred site is transforming our understanding of early Amazonian civilizations and the ancient roots of cacao itself. Your journey not only nourishes your heart—it contributes to the remembering of a greater collective story.
